Atlanta Beauty Map ("we", "us", "our") operates a marketplace connecting customers with independent beauty professionals in the Atlanta area. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and (optionally) account credentials. When you book a service, we also collect appointment details and limited payment information via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers). With your permission, we use your device's GPS to show artists near you.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to facilitate bookings, send confirmations and reminders, process payments, prevent fraud, improve the platform, and respond to support requests.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe to process payments and Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) to host our database and authentication. These providers handle data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@atlantabeautymap.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain booking records for up to 7 years to comply with tax and regulatory obligations. Account data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
