Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Atlanta Beauty Map, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Platform Use

Atlanta Beauty Map is a marketplace connecting customers and independent beauty professionals. We are not a party to the service contract between artist and customer.

3. Artist Responsibilities

Artists agree to maintain accurate listings, honor confirmed bookings, hold any licenses required by law, and provide services safely and professionally.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information, arrive on time, and follow the artist's policies regarding rescheduling and cancellations.

5. Payments and Deposits

A 5% platform service fee is added to each deposit transaction at checkout and collected by Atlanta Beauty Map. Remaining balances are paid directly to the artist per their policy.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are at the artist's discretion. Atlanta Beauty Map can help mediate disputes but does not guarantee refunds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

No illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or discriminatory behavior. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose risk to other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

Atlanta Beauty Map is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
